Stella Zhou is a Founding Partner of INCE Capital, and a well-recognized investor shaping the future of Chinese venture capital. Known for her sharp investment acumen, cross-border perspective, and institutional-calibre mindset, she brings nearly two decades of experience in venture investing.

She has been named to Forbes China’s Top 100 VC Investors and Top 20 Female VCs, with additional recognition from PE Daily’s F40 list and Cyzone’s Top 40 Under 40, spotlighting her as a next-gen leader widely respected by entrepreneurs.

At INCE, Stella leads a cycle-tested, high-conviction strategy focused on AI-enabled and biotech-driven innovation, and serves as a member of the Investment Committee. Several highlights include Lovart.ai, Pebble, and iMile. Before co-founding the firm, she was the youngest to make Partner at Qiming Venture Partners, where she led successful investments into TikTok (Musical.ly), Dingdong (NYSE: DDL), Tuhu (HKEX: 9690), among others.

Stella began her career at GE Capital in Shanghai and Hong Kong, working in risk management and finance. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a B.S. from Shanghai University of Finance & Economics, and has completed Executive Education at Stanford University.
